Bataan Governor Abet Garcia led the formal opening of the 1Bataan Negosyo Center (NC) located at the 2nd floor of The Bunker at the Capitol in Balanga City, Bataan. Also present during the event were Vice Governor Cris Garcia, DILG Bataan PD Myra Moral-Soriano, Amanda Battad President of Bataan Chamber of Commerce and Industry Inc. (BACCII), PCEDO chief Zena Sugatain, representatives from Landbank, and other related agencies. Nelin Cabahug, DTI Bataan PD said this 1Bataan NC is the 334th in Central Luzon and 13th in Bataan.
Negosyo Centers serve as satellite offices of the Department of Trade and Industry in provinces and municipalities, reaching even the far-flung areas. These Centers are established to provide or facilitate access to various business development services for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs).
